Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains how payments for the Sepia Service are handled.
1. All sales are final
Purchases of credits and subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including any unused credits, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because the Service gives you immediate access to a digital service that consumes computing resources, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
2. Consent to immediate performance
By purchasing credits or a subscription, you expressly request that we make the Service available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that, where the law grants a withdrawal or cancellation period for digital services, you waive that right to the extent permitted once performance begins.
3. Failed generations
If a generation fails because of a technical problem on our side, the credits for that generation are restored to your balance automatically or, if needed, on request to our support team. This is not a cash refund; it returns the credits so you can try again.
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund amounts already paid for the current or past periods.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing error, contact us first at the address below so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us, or initiating an abusive chargeback, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Local consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you may have under the consumer protection law of your jurisdiction. Where such a right applies and cannot be waived, we will honor it.
