1. Acceptance of terms

By using SepiaLabs, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service description

SepiaLabs is a SaaS platform for generating virtual ambassadors using artificial intelligence. Our service allows businesses and creators to generate marketing images and visuals featuring personalized AI avatars.

3. Registration and account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• An account can only be used by one person or entity

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SepiaLabs to:

• Create illegal, defamatory content, or content that infringes on the rights of others
• Impersonate real people without their explicit consent
• Generate pornographic or violent content
• Create deepfakes for malicious or deceptive purposes
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures

5. Intellectual property

Your content: You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process these images to generate your virtual ambassador.

Generated content: Images generated by our AI belong entirely to you. You can use them for commercial or personal purposes without restriction.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Prices are displayed in CAD and include applicable taxes (GST/QST in Quebec)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partially used periods
• Unused credits are not carried over to the next month

7. Limitation of liability

SepiaLabs is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. In the event of substantial price or feature changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and generated content.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montreal, Quebec.
